Empower is supporting the capacity building of frontline health workers in India in partnership with Save the Children (supported by Unilever and the People to People Foundation). Empower will be launching and scaling its digital learning platform called Rapid Emergency Training Solution (RETS). The digital training will focus on hand wash and hygiene, through a highly interactive and animated video interface that reaches rural areas. The front line workers will include ASHA, AWWs, ANMs, and also community representatives like school teachers, mothers, children, people living in the slum areas.
