The Centre for Leadership Development of Empower Swiss is proud to announce the next edition of the CEO Forum Initiative. This edition of the CEO Forum will be launched through a seminar that will gather CEOs of public health supply chain institutions and global leaders supporting health (including ambassadors and senior advisors).
The CEO Forum Initiative is designed to build resilient in-country supply chains for health products by strengthening individual and organisational leadership capacity. The Initiative is also designed to further develop the talent of women leaders, thereby addressing gender and leadership transition challenges.
The original program was jointly developed by Empower Swiss, INSEAD School of Business and Africa Resource Center, with technical and financial support from Johnson and Johnson Global Health.
The CEO Forum Initiative places a special focus on women and gender in the African context. Sessions will include strengthening women leadership and will advocate a balanced gender ratio in senior leadership.
