Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Student Operations Executive to manage student interactions efficiently. As the first point of contact for students, this role ensures smooth onboarding, seamless course progression, and timely resolution of queries. The ideal candidate will have a student-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust through interactive communication.
Experience:
- Engagement & Relationship Building: Take the extra mile to engage students, ensuring a seamless learning experience and maintaining open communication for sustainable relationships.
- Student Onboarding & Enrolment: Facilitate student enrollment in the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide login credentials for courses and upcoming modules.
- Issue Resolution & Support: Address and resolve student concerns with delivery accuracy and efficiency, offering appropriate solutions and timely follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate student records, tracking their progress, engagement, and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Graduation Coordination: Organize and coordinate virtual graduation ceremonies for course completion.
- Communication & Policy Adherence: Follow standard communication protocols, policies, and best practices for student support, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Administrative Support: Process forms and applications related to student enrollments and programs.
- Proactive Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups to enhance the student experience and confirm that appropriate actions are taken on student requests.
Qualification :
Graduate
Eligibility :
- Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in student support, course co-ordinator, customer service, or a similar role
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently resolve queries.
- A problem-solving mindset with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
