The Assistant Manager – Business Development & Partnerships plays a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and leading proposal development efforts. The role involves engaging with donors, government agencies, and NGOs to position the organization strategically for funding and project collaborations.

Experience:

5 - 7 years of experience in business development, proposal writing, and project management in public health.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal writing, and project management in public health.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital learning, MS Office, and project budgeting.
  • Ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships:
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from international donors, bilateral agencies, and government clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partner organizations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze RFPs/EoIs, and assess partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at conferences and networking events.
Proposal Development & Submission:
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, EoIs, concept notes, and project budgets.
  • Coordinate with technical and finance teams to ensure alignment of proposals with donor requirements.
  • Maintain organizational credentials and support bid submissions.
Project Management & Capacity Building:
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely deliverables and invoicing.
  • Develop training and capacity-building programs for staff and stakeholders.

Eligibility :
